“Blog Experiment” Log

For 1 month, I followed a list of recommended tips from Brian Hoff’s “How to Drive Traffic to Your Design Blog“, and I posted my progress everyday.

Primary Goal

Drive traffic to my blog, generate interest and conversation with my blog entries.

Secondary Goals

Expand my knowledge of relevant and effective Blogging techniques.
Build my Brand.
Strengthen current working relationships by providing resources and building credibility.

How it would work (The Rules)

  1. I ran the experiment for one month.
  2. I would post daily on what I did, what worked, didn’t work, difficulties and adjustments made along the way.
  3. I would post links to the resources I used.
  4. I would track my traffic generated to my blog and post results during the month.
